By accessing, using, or registering for services offered by DeenEx Suites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease your use of our services and vacate our premises.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Resident or Tenant) and DeenEx Suites Management.

Residency at DeenEx Suites is available exclusively to registered students and scholars affiliated with recognised academic institutions.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application and must provide valid identification and proof of enrollment.

DeenEx Suites reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any applicant who does not meet eligibility requirements or who provides false information during the application process.

All residents are expected to uphold the Islamic values and community standards established by DeenEx Suites.

All residents are expected to conduct themselves with respect, dignity, and in accordance with Islamic principles at all times within the premises.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: consumption of alcohol, smoking on premises, loud noise after 10:00 PM, and any behaviour disruptive to other residents.

Visitors are welcome during designated visiting hours (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Overnight guests are strictly not permitted without prior written approval from Management.

Common areas must be maintained in a clean and orderly state. Residents are jointly responsible for the upkeep of shared facilities.

All rent payments are due in advance and must be completed within the timeframe specified in your booking agreement.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online payment via Paystack, and approved mobile payment platforms.

Late payments may incur administrative charges and may result in the suspension of access to facilities pending resolution.

Rent amounts are subject to annual review. Residents will be provided with a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to any adjustment.

Refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy outlined in Section 7 of these Terms.

Residents are responsible for maintaining their assigned room in a clean, hygienic, and orderly condition throughout their tenancy.

Any damage to property beyond fair wear and tear will be assessed and the cost of repair or replacement may be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.

Residents must not make any alterations, additions, or improvements to their room or any shared areas without prior written consent from Management.

DeenEx Suites reserves the right to conduct periodic inspections with a minimum of 24 hours' written notice.

Violations of these Terms may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension of access to facilities, or immediate termination of residency.

Termination of residency requires the resident to vacate the premises within 48 hours of receiving official notice, unless otherwise directed by Management.

Management reserves the right to terminate a residency agreement immediately and without notice in cases of serious misconduct, illegal activity, or threats to the safety and welfare of other residents.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the agreed move-in date will be refunded in full, less the non-refundable booking fee.

Cancellations made within 14–30 days of the move-in date will receive a 50% refund of the first semester's rent.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the move-in date or failure to appear on the agreed date will result in forfeiture of all advance payments, excluding the security deposit.

Security deposits are returned within 21 working days following the final inspection of the vacated room, subject to no outstanding damages or charges.

DeenEx Suites is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all residents in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Personal information collected during the application, onboarding, and residency process will be used solely for the management and administration of your residency.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except where required by law or necessary to provide contracted services.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our Data Officer.

DeenEx Suites shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to a resident's personal belongings. Residents are strongly encouraged to obtain personal contents insurance.

DeenEx Suites makes no warranty that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical difficulties.

In no event shall DeenEx Suites be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the accommodation or services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be referred to mediation by a mutually agreed third party. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

DeenEx Suites reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Residents will be notified of material changes with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.
